Silver Dollar Speedway, Hunt Shootout Awards Dinner is November 13
ROSEVILLE, CA (10-6-10) -Â Handy Racing Promotions Inc. is proud to announce the official date of the 2010 Championship Awards Dinner for Silver Dollar Speedway.
On Saturday, November 13, drivers within the top ten from each division in the most recent Feather Falls Casino weekly championship campaign will be recognized for their accolades. Award presentations will take in the Arts Center on the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds for the weekly 410 cubic inch sprint cars, Street Stocks, Dirt Modifieds and Wingless Sprint cars.
In addition to the weekly championship awards, the November 13th awards dinner will also host and recognize the top ten drivers from the Joe Hunt Magnetos Wingless Shootout Series. This campaign revived wingless sprint car racing in California in 2010 with its very own series consisting of 11 events overall spanning Silver Dollar Speedway, Placerville Speedway and Marysville Raceway Park.
All seating is reserved for the 2010 Silver Dollar Speedway Awards Dinner. Dinner will include prime rib followed by dessert. Cost per person will be $25 and reservations must be made no later than October 29 through the track business office at 100 South Harding Blvd, Ste. 3, Roseville, CA 95682 or by calling (916) 969-7484. Reservations may be made by check or credit card and are non refundable. A limited number of seats are available and no tickets will be sold at the door so making your reservations early is recommended.
The doors will open at 6 p.m. on November 13th with a no host bar followed by dinner at 7 p.m. The awards presentation will follow dinner and the evening will conclude with music provided by a live DJ. For additional information on this event contact the track business office at (916) 969-7484.
