Sprint Car Rules Update for Silver Dollar Speedway
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
February 24, 2025…As we approach this weekend’s Silver Cup two-day race, SLC Promotions is implementing the following rules for sprint car teams competing at Silver Dollar Speedway in 2025.
All scheduled 360 sprint car races at the speedway will follow the Sprint Car
Challenge Tour rule book, starting with this weekend’s Silver Cup race.
All scheduled 410 sprint car races at the speedway will follow the Northern Auto Racing Club rule book. (Gold Cup is a three day High Limit event with their rules)
An “In-axle tire inflation system” that is attached to a bleeder is legal. No remote/data changing is allowed. “We feel that this is a safety concern and that is the reason we are allowing this for our sprint car teams in 2025 starting with the Silver Cup,” said Colby Copeland of SLC Promotions.
