Handy Racing Promotions Welcomes Riebes Auto Parts

ROSEVILLE, CA (4-15-10) - Riebes Auto Parts has become the official auto parts store of Handy Racing Promotions. Over the winter a marketing partnership was formed between the two companies. "It was an easy decision, "said Alan Handy. "They have an unmatched reputation as a leader in auto parts and customer service. I recommend all of our fans and drivers to support their 20 stores in Northern California."

The partnership between Riebes and Handy Racing Promotions started in 2005. "David Larabee, Riebes Auto Parts store manager in Chico, approached us about doing a sponsor night at the Silver Dollar Speedway back in 2005," said Troy Hennig Handy Racing Promotions Announcer. "From there on out it became a yearly event at the speedway. I was always very impressed with how well Larabee and all of the people at Riebes took advantage of the night and not only did a great job in promoting the stores but also giving away some really cool prizes to out fans." Over the winter, Larabee contacted Hennig about the possibility of Riebes being more involved with not only Chico but also Placerville Speedway. From there a multi-year marketing partnership was formed between Handy and Riebes. "I an very excited to have the help from Riebes to help promote our fan friendly racing to their customers and we will do the same for them," said Hennig.

Riebes Auto Parts has two local Chico locations, one in Paradise one in Oroville and a store in Yuba City. They also have a store in Placerville near the race track. Riebes Auto Parts will also have two sponsor nights at the Silver Dollar Speedway this year. Those two dates are June 25 and August 20. During the season Riebes and Handy Racing Promotions will have special discount fliers to hand out to the race fans.
