CHICO, CA (5-22-17) - As the weather temperatures heat up so do the activities at the Silver Dollar Speedway. This weekend, fans can be treated to four diverse and distinctive racing events that coincide with the traditional Memorial Day Weekend Silver Dollar Fair. All the events held inside the Silver Dollar Speedway are free once you have paid the $8.00 Fair Admission adult pricing. For a full rundown of pricing visit www.silverdollarfair.org. With the four nights of activities inside the Silver Dollar Speedway, the appropriately named "Race to The Fair" is this year's theme for the 2017 Silver Dollar Fair.
Friday night the action will take place in the air as the two-wheeled hero's take flight during the Arena/Super Cross racing. The pit gate for the event called "Xtreme Motocross" opens at noon. Practice is held from 2 PM to 3 PM. Heat races take place from 3 PM to 5 PM. Main events are scheduled to take place at 7 PM.
