All persons must be at least 14 years of age to enter the Pits. Persons 14-17 years of age need a signed and notarized Parental Consent Form submitted to the office prior to entering pit areas.

Sound Issues Continue to Be Topic of Concern

CHICO, CA (3-29-12) - With three events in the books at the Silver Dollar Speedway for 2012, the sound issue continues to be a topic of concern for the officials. Recent testing has concluded that certain mufflers are not in compliance with the State mandated sound rules. With this release, we are warning competitors that you will be subject to penalties if you are above the State mandated 95 decimal reading at 100 feet. These rules have been in effect for a long time now and will continue to be strictly enforced by the Speedway officials. If you plan on racing at an upcoming event we encourage you to call the track office and talk to Dennis Gage if you have concerns regarding this issue. Track office number is (530) 350-7275.
